Doel Festival is made possible by a dedicated and passionate team, with a strong notion of the village and its history. If you’d like to contribute to the festival and experience what happens behind the scenes, you’re welcome to join us.

Volunteers work one full day, from 09:00 until 17:30, supporting the festival team with a variety of operational tasks. Duties may include setup, logistics, cleanup and site maintenance, assisting with infrastructure, and other general festival work. Please note that some tasks can be physically demanding.

Doel Festival does not provide a means of transportation. There are limited volunteering spots per day. In return, for one days work, you will receive a ticket for Doel Festival. This does not include a shuttle bus ticket. Per extra day of work, you will receive a 25 euro spending voucher for the festival.

No specific experience is required. We are looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to help wherever needed.
